● Working with maintenance team in hot strip mill (HSM) department.
● Performing daily monitoring and inspection for the whole electrical facility.
● Connecting, disconnecting and meggering different electrical motors.
● Isolate, de-isolate, rack in and rack out different CBs for low and medium voltage.
● Fixing & replacing Field devices (LPT, encoder, proxy, Light barrier etc...).
● Working in plastic plant for maintaining and inspecting all the electrical facility.
● Assembling, evaluating, testing & maintaining electrical equipment.
● Reading & Interpreting electrical circuit, diagrams & schematics.
● Performing IR thermography test for electrical panels.
● Performing weekly overall test for emergency generator.
Despite the short experiment but it helps me so much and took me into another level.
- Doing a presentation about Induction motors. - Connecting & troubleshooting electrical motors. - Managed to make a simple animal sanctuary as a final project.
