• Leading high volume service operations teams in fast-paced company to deliver the best customer experience
• Manage IPRAN, MPLS and Wi-Fi network & resolve all relevant cases
• Manage Zain technical Enterprise, IP access network and FTTH maintenance teams in accordance with company business strategies
• Manage a team of experienced support engineers supporting Zain enterprise solutions
• Manage Zain enterprise technical team to achieve the signed SLA/OLA with the enterprise customers
• Coordination with sales, marketing, and enterprise business departments for business strategies
• Produce feasibility reports for the adaptation of new technologies from enterprise perspective
• Keep the level of customer satisfaction in its highest level by doing the extra mile in managing customer internal network whenever needed if possible
• Coordinate analysis and fixes for complex issues to providing a consistent quality experience for customers
• Bringing new and improved support methodologies to Zain, and creating a wide and loyal customer base to Zain products and brand
• Experienced with enterprise-level software solutions like NCE, MenaTracks, JIRA and FTTH maintenance tools
• Manage FTTH maintenance team and follow up with the fiber network contractors
• Design for the growing FTTH maintenance footprint.
• Focusing on team coaching, skills uplifting, standard operating procedure improvements, delivery quality, transparency, and the required analytics
• Leading an experienced team working 24/7 in support operations and with network teams across multiple locations
• Review & discuss the frame agreements & SLA with vendors & contractors
• Issue PR/IR/PO/R&R, RFP/RFI, and manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets
Perform operations, maintenance, configuration, upgrade and post planning duties for Zain Jordan backbone/access transmission networks that hold a wide range of technologies including DWDM, OTN, NG- SDH, MW-SDH/IP, MPLS-TP, GPON, IPRAN, L3VPN & fiber cable core/access implementation to carry Zain services 4G, HSPA+, 2G, IGW international data/voice, enterprise customers (L1/L2 Ethernet connectivity, EoS, FTTH/FTTB, ETTH, ISDN, MW & fiber) as per the processes and procedures to ensure the network stability & maintaining network performance to meet the highest KPIs quality levels.
• Acting transmission team leader, & work closely with Engineering Mangers
• Admin NG-DWDM OSN9800/8800/6800 ASON backbone network (40G/100G)
• Admin to run NG-DWDM Optical Doctor V2 tool
• Provide technical support and direction to field engineers and technicians regarding new or existing technologies, and operational standards.
• Review and studying the best fiber solution for new interested areas
• Review and optimizing and maximizing the utilization of the core network Infrastructure and traffic forecasting
• Export & analysis KPIs reports, & discuss it with related teams
• Review designing network protection/switching schemes those ensure QoS
• Review, discuss an insight health check reports semi-annual with Huawei-LO
• Open & follow up the tickets with R&D vendors, international companies
• Optical Fiber related planned work, FO Cut, OTDR, Spec Analyser & CD/PMD
• Deep troubleshooting in critical network issues on fiber backbone, Zain Group interconnections, IGW, Wholesale, Roaming & enterprise links.
• Deep troubleshooting in critical network issues
• Backoffice L3/L2 Support INOC/TNOC, review HLD/LLD designs with vendor
• High level backbone optical fiber network supervision covering OSP/ISP
• Participant in Zain MW HSPA+ projects PAC/PAT acceptance committee
• Review, discuss the frame agreements & SLA with vendors & contractors
• Train & supervise TXM team which includes TXM/IP engineers & technicians.
