Duties:
Preparing and providing proposals, RFPs, BoQ, designs and technical documentation that matching business customer’s requirement.
Understanding the prospect’s business challenges and matching IT Matrix solutions to the prospects business and technical requirements.
Develop and conduct technical and business presentations to end user customers.
Meet potential customers’ technical teams, review and qualify technical requirements, and propose the solution that best meets their requirements.
Manage POC evaluations from gathering prospects business and technical requirements, advising prospect on best practices, setting expectations, installation and configuration, demonstration, and proving how IT Matrix solutions address the requirements and the benefit of purchasing the IT Matrix Products & Solution.
Extensive knowledge of the market and key competitors’ products and solutions.
Managing the professional services, including project planes,
implementation and training to ensure that customer expectations are correctly set and achieved at all times.
Follow-up with customer /RFP release /Knowledge of competitor activity /Any management change/impact/new release/ blogs and articles.
Worked within a team of technical engineers across 3 branches within the KSA in network security (planning, implementing and configuring), Engage effectively in the sales operation and follow up with account managers on opportunities on a daily basis.
