I am working in Risk Division acting head of MIS and Budget unit. I am responsible for preparation of MIS reports for the division. Manage and maintain the database server and ensure the quality of the data.
As acting head of MIS and Budget unit, I am responsible to coordinate the division budget and expenses also prepare the annual budget and projection.
Create and maintain management reports including end-month, quarterly, and annual reports used by various departments.
Manage and enhance the current BO universes and reports and create new BO universes based on business requirements. Support business management to improve their business growing.
I am a member of the BICC Department, and I am responsible for the whole BI Presentation Development lifecycle which includes gathering the requirements from the business and writing the BRS and the FS and developing the Business Map “Universes in Business Objects or Repository in OBIEE” and developing the dynamic reporting and dashboards on top of the Business Map Using multiple BI tools that reads from the EDW as follows:
- SAP Business Objects for dynamic reports, KPIs and Dashboards developed for the senior and middle management.
- OBIEE “Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition” for dynamic reports, KPIs and Dashboards developed for the Branches and the Corporate RMs who require information from the Seibel Analytics that is considered as a separate repository for CRM information.
- SAS Enterprise Guide for Ad hoc reports that is Customer Centric and requires advanced quantitative information that is not pre-designed as data-marts in the EDW and requires long run time to show the results.
- SAS Enterprise Miner for Predictive Modeling and Data Mining.
And I am responsible in validating, verifying and rolling out my intelligence outcome to the business users and the BI Champions who will utilize the intelligence solution that I have developed to cover their areas
Design, write and maintain data requests and/or queries to support the business.
Interface with MIS resources to ensure that the reports are accurate and deployed in a timely manner.
Create and maintain consistency in reporting across the organization where possible.
Work closely with the MIS team and the Line of Business to investigate issues and resolve any reporting discrepancies.
