Participated as a team member for the implementation of internal control assessment for Ashur International Bank in Iraq which is belongs to the group, developed a new accounting policy to address the correction and adjustments process of financial statements.  Assistance in the preparation of monthly financial reports to be discussed at the monthly meeting of the Board of Directors, budget preparation and quarterly earnings in cooperation with the CFO & COO with their 20082010 strategic financial plan.  Member of the team of preparing a strategic plan to face the repercussions of the global financial crisis and the preparation of budget revenue and expenditure, where it was in this regard, reduce costs and create new sources of revenues, the agreement with the mass of creditors including the bank finance has been reduced the group's obligations of AED 86 million to AED 28 million.  Performed the analytics and reviewed of the quarterly financial reporting package for a financial organization. This included guarantee assets (GA) including buy up, guarantee obligation (GO), participation certificates, the gain/loss on sale and income statement.  Documentation, analysis and validation of accounting policy for numerous processes related to accounting standards agreed upon.  Assisted the operating sourcing, operating and funding department of a financial institution with a new business application analysis. Analyzed new products that may have an operational risk assessment and advised management the impact to the corporate accounting policies.  Assigned solving problems created after the global financial crisis by using my relationships including, but not limited to:  The liquidation of one important group's projects with our partners (Green City Project - Ajman) and sell the Group's share our profit it was of AED 22 million.  Participate in solving the problems of the real estate leased; prepare the necessary adjustments with the leasers to maintain continuity of the flow of revenue for the group (profit of AED 8 Million).  Assisted providing legal advices in some raised cases against the group, in this particular were saving payment of AED 13 million and reduce the another case amount of AED 750 thousand to AED 170 thousand.  Rental Hadya tower behind Emirates Mall, leasing amount of AED 4.5 Million in coordination with Dubai Islamic Bank & Deyaar development.  Al Reef storey tower - Jumeirah Lakes Towers - resale to the real estate developer (Sheikh Ahmad Al Nahayan) and work with the necessary adjustments to the Commercial International Bank and the provision of payment due for each of the developer and the bank from AED 15.5 million to AED 400 thousand.  Assisted on Institution debts collection by custody on a ground and sold at auction the amount of AED 11 million.
