 Evaluate store team’s performance in order to identify their needs and build suitable development programs for them.
 Ensure there is an acceptable level of Nationalization and the store is online with regulations.
 Ensure the availability and high quality of the items with the right planograms in the selling area.
 Review and evaluate operational structure and workflow and implement improvements plan.
 Ensure accurate stock levels and monitoring ordering of product and supplies.

Commercial:


 Build and prepare the Commercial Budget (Sales, Margin Waste, Shrinkages, and Commission).
 Providing monthly performance review of the actual result vs. Budget and history.
 Provide Commercial, Staff cost and financial analytical support to the CEO, VP, CFO and GMs.
 Develop internal benchmarking and KPIs tools for :
(Sales, Margin, Customer Follow, Waste, Shrinkages, Staff Cost, Purchases, Commission, Supplier, ETC).
 Control the marketing and advertisement Expenses.
 Participate in the Marketing Committee.
 Coordinate with finance departments for all the division needs.
 Control and analyze the promotion result.
 Help the merchandise managers to improve their result.

Human Resources:


 Build and prepare Staff Cost Budget.
 Providing monthly HR performance review of the actual result vs. Budget and history.
 Provide staff productivity analysis to the CEO and top management.
 Manage the process of the government support fund (HRDF).
 Participate in the preparation of the HR policy and procedures.
 Control the monthly payroll and staff deductions.
 Support the country compensation and benefit manager.
 Provide support to both internal and external auditor on payroll and GOSI.
 Provide risk analysis of the labor case and violation of the company and government policy.

 Prepare the calculation of the cost and profit for all flight.
 Prepare and analyses the charge (Services Cost) for our client.
 Prepare the payroll for the flight crew.
 Prepare the annual budget and forecast monthly cash flow.
 Handling the payable bank account.
 Dealing with the Aircraft suppliers.
