Provide an independent and objective assessment of the effectiveness and efficiency of the operations, specifically its internal control structure, Evaluate accounting systems to determine their efficiency and effectiveness. Issuing our reports about weaknesses on the internal control system.
Experienced Senior External Auditor during providing audit and assurance services across a wide variety of the largest public corporations and private companies with primary focus on Investment, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Retail, Logistics, Advertising, Construction, Governmental and non-profit in Jordan and Iraq. Delivering audit engagements from planning to completion with reference to IFRS reporting standards. Understanding client’s business cycles, test of control environment and system documentation and accounting system.
• Engaging in all client activities starting from client acceptance through risk assessment and Planning, then control evaluation and substantive testing followed by audit completion.
• Preparing full sets of financial statements including Statement of financial Position, Statement of financial performance, statement of changes in owners’ equity, statement of cash flows, and other explanatory notes.
• Translating full sets of financial statements (from Arabic to English and vice versa).
• Preparing management letter and other reports both in Arabic and in English.
• Performing Test of controls and tests of details (substantive procedures) depending on the risk assessment on all types of accounts.
• Provide a consulting service, advising management on how to improve systems and processes.
