Implementation coordination and authorizing the Works Parties to commence their works under the granted permits by the PTW Team in Stations and other facilities within the BACS Riyadh Metro Project Line 1 & Line 2.
Confirming the setting of the Boundary Conditions prior to authorizing the works.
Worked with GIMMI software, WAD PTW and other TOT procedures and processes.
Worked with Track & Building Access Control procedures and associated documentation.
Managed and supervised the handover over process between CWJV & Siemens of taking the Stations Technical rooms and Track & Building facilities under the WAD permitting system upon completion of Civil & MEP works to control accessing these facilities without pre-approval & authorized permits.
Proven experienced trainer for Work authorization documents PTW processes and planning management software tools.
Control and manage the distribution of the keys to the locked areas to ensure access control is strictly maintained in buildings and other building facilities.
Conducted training for BACS employees on using GIMMI software permitting system.
Assists with rostering of staff within the TOT team.

Worked & Engaged in Optimizing the Work-Flow Process of the work permitting procedures and permit to work software applications Q4 Work Authorization (WA) application and GIMMI Work Authorization Document (WAD) application for MEP & Siemens assets equipment and electrical rooms in BACS RMP Line 1 & Line 2 Stations.
Work & Engaged with the Testing & Commissioning Team in creating a methodology and a strategy to produce a roadmap for verifying the documentation of site installation and test results, such as a Power Integration check-list Tracker based on the Inspection Test Plan (ITP) construction work package specification for electrical switchgear.
Created a holistic diagram to show the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) integration Milestone status and Progress.
