o Led the design of the Abu Dhabi Government Mobile Platform Reference Architecture
o Prepare and float Mobile Platform RFP including all scope and design elements and implementation guidelines
- Government wide identity & access management program, lead the implementation of a cross government SSO to allow citizen register online once and consume all government entities web sites and online services, more than 500, 000 users registered online, IAM Abu Dhabi is one of the largest government identity systems in the Middle East. The program includes the following activities:
o Continual Enhancements:
Development of an easy to use integration layer to enable government entities to offer their online services to customers and citizens
Develop user security policy, this includes, registration, authentication, & authorization using smart ID cards
Provide ID Smart card with PIN online registration
Provide full PKI infrastructure to support PKI Authentication
Provide self service module to citizens for PIN Reset functionality
Provide government services with the facility of Digital signature and Biometric Authentication
o Ongoing integration & onboarding activities of government entities to the program
o Ongoing operations & applications management
- Lead the design and Implementation for the cross government correspondence management systems (Taresh). Including technology selection, System design, Security Architecture design and implementation. The cross government correspondence management system is currently used by more than 30 government agencies and it automates all government business process and cross government correspondences

- 2004: Bank of Bahrain & Kuwait, Middleware project to connect the bank different delivery channels with the Core Banking System, Interfacing of ATM, POS, IVR, Internet Banking to the Core Banking system.
- 2003: March 2004: Qatar Islamic Bank, J2EE Middleware Project to connect Cash deposit machines, and QIB core banking application together, the project Aimed to collect Smart Deposit machine Messages, Parse them & route them to the core banking system.
- 2003: First Islamic Investment Bank, Mobile Banking Application “iMal” to provide the Bank customers with a mobile and Hand Held Analytical application for their current investment plans with the Bank.
