Responsible for analysing and identifying areas for modification within existing business applications as well as researching, designing and writing new software programs.
Consult clients and colleagues regarding the maintenance and performance of software systems and gather feedback to facilitate modifications to current operating systems.

Provide first level support and troubleshooting of all applications as well as ensuring application functionality related issues are effectively resolved within set timescales.

Responsible for the creation of new software programs, encompassing all aspects of research, design, testing and ongoing support.
