Support Service Desk, SLA, IT Budget, Vendor Management, IT Audit, IT Services

Managing Teams of System Manager, SysAdmins, Security Manager, SOC Team,
Network Admin, , IP Telephony/VTC and Technical Support team spread over across
all regions.
Managing IT Budget (OPEX and CAPEX) to fulfil IT operational and business
requirements.
Manage and maintain IT services through agreed SLA with Business
Managing and maintaining Team Performance based on time ticket resolution
Improve Customer Satisfaction and resolution time.
Manage new projects based on new requirements
I architected, implemented and maintained servers, 100% virtualized environment supporting
Microsoft Dynamics Ax (ERP), Oracle, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, Active Directory, and a
mixed Microsoft and Oracle development environment.
Oversee service desk & incidents system.
