▪ Leading the project planning of the Scarborough East Subway Extension project (3.5 Billion USD) in the
Greater Toronto Area which utilizes a Progressive Design Build as a delivery model.

• Create accurate baseline schedules that illustrate all stages of the project (from permits, subcontract procurement, shop drawings, forecasted delivery for long lead items, to construction activities and project closeout & final testing and commissioning) for proposal and for construction projects using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project by careful studying of project drawings, specifications and contract documents
• Work on different project sizes and scopes. Worked on maintenance projects, infrastructure projects for new developments, transit projects and water treatment plants with project value ranging from 2 million dollars to 120 million dollars
• Work with site teams on Updating and adjusting project activities according to actual and projected completion dates
• Provide accurate updates on project status of physical (according to project KPIs), financial and costs aspects of projects
• Coordinated with subcontractors to review and revise their progress and projected completion of work prior to issuing the Schedule Update
• Prepare earned value reports, manpower reports, cash flow, and schedule narratives as required by the site team
• Lead the project team during project execution to achieve targeted completion dates
• Perform and examine schedule delay analysis and apply extension of time claims in accordance with the project specifications
• Perform risk analysis on schedules, preparing pre-mitigation and post-mitigation scenarios and demonstrating the process and results to the project team using Primavera Risk Analysis Software
• Presented the planning documents to clients
• Maintaining positive, honest and strong relationship with clients from tendering stage till handing over, by giving a real picture of the project at hand and help with decision making process
• Create and updating company IMS procedures with regards to scheduling and risk management/analysis
• Participated in seminars to educate / coach project engineers about project planning, scheduling, earned value analysis and risk analysis
