am responsible with my staff to provide these projects with all the needed materials & for the bidding for new projects.
This needs a good knowledge in the international & local markets & for sure good knowledge in the materials & there sources.
TASKS;
1-arranging the projects estimations with engineering department
2-arranging agreements & contracts with vendors, to fix the prices & lead time especially for strategic items.
3-receiving the RS from projects, generating the quotations, choosing the best offers depend of quality, lead time & prices
4-following up all of these activities till closing the P.O.
5-chain management wise together with accountant, ware housing
&Quality control
6-negotiatons & deliveries schedules are performing by the procurement department.
7- using the (ERP) system for approving & ware house control..
