 Carefully designed reading and writing material for students in order to improve these skills as is made necessary by their employers. This was done through researching their needs and designing the course material bearing in mind their level.
 Develop conversational skills as is also dictated by their employer. This was done by repetition and discussing common things that take place on a daily basis, however, repeating the topic was essential in order to develop their conversational skills and confidence.
 Deliver English for Specific Purposes ESP according to plans. This includes teaching manuals for mechanics, parts, and service advisor programs.

 Supervise all teaching staff at KAAU for its Marine Faculty project.
 Successfully covered for trainers that were to be replaced due to tardiness and undisciplined. At some points, I was working 16 hours because some teachers had problems with classes.
 Khobara was more successful at KAAU even though other bigger institutes like Berlitz, Wall Street, and others were not. The key was better supervision on my part for all the teaching staff and reporting incidents as they were uncovered.
 Maintained accurate and precise reports about absenteeism and leaving class early.
 Successfully carried out the difficult task of creating the Final Exam for all English Classes at the university for 101 and 102 English Levels.
