Leading a group of architects, in Design-planning& co-ordination with site engineers and subcontractors.
-Preparing the full document of shop drawings, starting from initial concept design, to the 100% of Construction documents including, plans, elevations, sections& details for the final submission.

- Coordination with MEP& Sub Contractors, Signages, lighting, furniture, FF&E installation on site.
- Follow up the progress work on site & office with team of workers.
- Leading the drafting of project guidelines, overseeing the implementation of project decisions on issues like category schemes and template use.
Participating in concept design as per project Location guidelines.
