• Good experience in telecom market with knowledge of diferent kind of routes and several trafic sources (Real - Media - Generated - Loop and others).
• Establishing analysis reports using my excel and VB and SQL experience.
• Established reports to analyze trafic and find loop cases that summarize the trafic flow between customers and suppliers.
• Calculate numbers of real and subsidize costs using a quarries that can lead to conclusions helpful to evaluate current and future deals.
• Analyzing and managing the internal system performance and suggesting enhancement (T-One).
• Call Routing (Percentage Routing, Load balancing).
• Generate revenue/margin reports that help in analyzing and taking routing decisions.
