Assist in achieving sales target and brand's sell-through, submit reports and feedbacks concerning performance of different brands and customer requests, aid in the training of new employees an help them meet the store standards.
During the three month period, I was able to work closely with in accounting department learning the basic requirements such as creating journal entries, bank reconciliation, and creating financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow).
Trying to achieve the required level of sales and performing tasks assigned to the team in an effective and efficient way. Added to that monitor the performance of the sales representatives and their development, handing out reports about that performance and the store performance as a general, and solving customer problems on the shop floor.
