Responsibilities:
• Lead the entire IT department of the company including infrastructure and applications, identify and recommend new technology solutions, identify security vulnerabilities and eliminate them with strategic solutions to increase data security, achieve company goals, increase efficiency and decrease resolution time.
• Manage a team of 15 insource and outsource employees to develop, evaluate and implement IT solutions, plans, policies and initiatives to achieve strategic goals and increase operational efficiency.
• Design, implement and manage company’s data centre, network, infrastructure and IP telephony; design and implement Cloud Backup for 7 sites including HO.
• Responsible for designing, implementation, operations and maintenance of 2 projects (Powerplant 13 &14) for Saudi Electrical Company.
• Develop, plan and implement the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system including gathering the scope of the project, setting deadlines, schedule and milestones, collecting responsibility matrix and monitoring the progress for the ERP system to make sure the project delivered on time and within budget.

• Lead the implementation of new organizational processes aligned with ERP configuration.
• Design, organize, modify, install and support company’s computer systems; support, configure, maintain and upgrade company’s networks, servers, routers and switches.
• Manage and administer the complete IT infrastructure of the company, monitor the infrastructure health & performance; evaluate architectural attributes of the infrastructure for reliability, availability and maintainability.
• Monitor and ensure that the performance and availability of the server and network infrastructure is maintained to the highest standard with maximum levels of productivity and efficiency.
