Key Accountabilities:
Implementing the Strategy Management and Corporate Performance
policies and procedures.
Participating in following the implementation of programs within
commercial activities and customer touch points related functions.
Assisting in exploring enhanced customer service levels and the
initiation of new procedures to improve the customer experience.
Participating in the development of analysis reports targeting customer
experience attributes and conduct research efforts to understand best
practices lessons learnt and KPIs measurements.
Participating in the design of customer experience cross functional
initiatives, develop periodical progress reports and escalate issues in
case of delays.
Assisting the Customer Experience Manager in the facilitation of
customer special events and programs.
Key Accountabilities:
• Conducting marketing researches, Studies Brand Competition, Brand positioning,
Brand Price, Product comparisons Market and Product profiling, Market and Price
positioning, Business feasibility studies.
• Strategically develop, implement all marketing programs, including but not
limited to marketing planning, research and development, advertising and
promotions, market and competitor profiling client relations management,
communications strategies.
• Conceptualize and design marketing collaterals, point of sale materials and
printed advertisements.

supervise all promotional activities.

• Owning responsibility for the development, execution, and performance of all
programs designed to increase presence and ultimate take-away.
• Responsible for management and monitoring of Trade Marketing Programs and

• Establishing channel strategies and implementing the associated plans.

Marketing and budget management .
