Develop and maintain HR policies, ensuring compliance and to contribute the development of company HR policies
Co-ordinate the design, implementation and administration of human resource policies and activities to ensure the availability and effective utilization of human resources for meeting the company's objectives.
To ensure timely recruitment of required level / quality of Management staff, other business lines staff, in order to meet business needs, focusing on Employee Retention and key Employee Identification initiatives.
Responsible for the necessary arrangements for new recruitment such as Job Offer, visa, Tickets, etc.
Prepare information and input for the salary budgets. Ensure compliance to the approved salary budget; give focus on pay for performance and salary benchmarks where available.
Personnel File: Ensure proper maintenance of personal records of employees on matters.
Monitor the leave calculation and the records of the Leave Entitlement, Leave Salaries, End of Service and tickets if applicable.
Direct the administration of staff benefits.
Ensure adherence to corporate guideline on salary adjustments and promotions.
Coordinate increments and promotions of all staff.
Prepare the payroll and pass it on to the Finance Department
Monitors staff performance and attendance activities.
Maintains detailed list of employees under sponsorship of the organization and monitors the validity of passport and Residence Permit
Coordinate with Public Relation Officer for the Immigration related activities
Responsible for the maintenance of labor camps and staff accommodations,
Monitoring the food file daily basis
Handles commercial and government requirements for the organization Managing repair, maintenance & replacement of office equipment.
Providing administration related information and supervising administrative activities
Coordinating with the Facility Manager for arranging accommodation for employees.

Develop & implement internal control procedures for effective accounting & financial management of the company.

Review policies related to accounts & purchases and see whether it is implemented properly by conducting internal audits etc.

Responsible for the monthly billing of the projects which should be submitted to the accounts department.
Responsible for the labors’ control and authorize to approve the leave of the labors and submit the requests to the general manager for final approval.

Prepares Tender/ Quotation to the final stage in coordination with the General Manager

Prepares project plan and identifies related requirements such as manpower, materials, methods statements and machineries needed for the completion of the projects.

Establish and maintains work environment needed to achieve service conformity and inspects & test status of all stages.

Cooperate with the QS and Operation Manager for effective valuation of the projects.

Responsible for the payroll of his labors (i.e. Time sheet approval).

Monitors and approves daily, weekly and monthly reports of all the projects
