(Account receivable)
- Following up with customers by phone and mail if the payment is due.
- Checking all banks every day to and record the collection from a customer.
- Collecting the checks from customers and recording them in the system to keep track of
them and making DN if there is any bounced check.
- Preparing the ageing for all customers to keep track of the balances and the date of
receiving the product and checks on hand.
- Reconcile the customer statement of account against our Ledger.
- Sending balance confirmation to customer every month.
- Saving all documents made from System in our archiving system.
- Providing VAT advice.
- VAT review for businesses.
- Submitting tax returns to the Zakat and Tax Authority.

Processing the monthly closing after making sure all transactions in the system are
posted for the month.
- Checking and approving any transaction made by payable and receivable.
- Bank reconciliation for every month by comparing the records in the system with the
statement of account from the bank.
- Participation in year closing with the finance manager.
- Participation in the Internal Audit for the company.

The program emphasizes on technical knowledge, analytical ability, interpersonal skills and intercultural understanding, and ethically based leadership and social responsibility. Students are to learn integrating accounting concepts and business applications in the context of communication, ethics, values and technology.
