Plan, coordinate and implement direct marketing.
Maximizing the hotel’s presence across all channel.
Leasing with F&B department to promote outlets.

Update organization on change of laws and policies.
Assist for medical tests, passports, memos, promotional draws and fine resolution.
Represent the Company at all Government Bodies like Police Station, Airport, Hotels, Embassies, Ministries/Municipalities & other significant Departments & in accordance with services such as mobile & landline phone services (connections/disconnections/repairs), mail, electricity
Supported the entry and exit procedures of employees at immigration and visa counters at Airports
Representing at MoL office for labor disputes.
Update Human Resources Department on latest policy changes and effectiveness.
Maintain all legal documentation for employees related to visa issues / cancellation
Reports directly to the Group Public Relations Manager & Chairman
Review all employee applications and forms for completeness, accuracy, timing and conformity to policy guidelines
Ensure all PRO activities carried out meet the company policies and any legal and regulatory requirements
Preparation of necessary documentation between ministry and all the branches.
Presentation of consolidated data from branches and submit to Ministry Head and taking feedback.
Generate necessary reports from software and submit to Ministry Head for his perusal.
Supervise the design & lay out plans of Ministry projects with foreign companies.
Communicate with all branches in recent updates and requirements of new projects.
Attend project meetings with branch managers and submit report to the Ministry Head.
Organize media presentations and represent at exhibitions and receive clients from overseas for Ministry of Electricity, Iraq.
Responsible for more than 25 commercial & domestic properties.
Coordinate with other branches in Dubai for daily reports
Successful in Leasing Apartment, Offices, Shops & Villas and reach the targets
Hands on knowledge in renewals, preparation and other legalities in leasing.
Liaising between the Tenants and Maintenance departments
Supervised in collections and deposit of the rentals.
Hands on experience in filing legal cases for rent defaulters.
Dispute settlement between the tenant and the land lord
MCSE- Microsoft Certified System Engineer ,Ministry of education & youth computer center, UAE Completed A+ Certification, Ministry of education & youth computer center, UAE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ,Ajman University, UAE
