• Manage all accounting including monthly, Quarterly and annual financial reports ensuring the appropriate application of accounting standards and company policies, and timely review and posting of entries and reconciliations.
• Manage and ensure accuracy of all general ledger information.
• Lead on the implementation and improvement of operational and financial systems.
• Manage liquidity, cash flow, reconciliation of Bank statement, Accounts payable and Accounts receivable periodically & bank transactions & transfers.
• Manage all payments, collections and transactions with external parties are in accordance with the policies and procedures of the company and the agreements concluded with those parties.
• Manage & Audit all tax reports (VAT report, Income tax, Salaries tax, Deduction tax & Dividend tax) and Preparing & carry out all types of tax Inspects.
• Tax accounting and reporting: Overseeing all tax accounting and reporting activities.
• Dealing with audit requirements, being involved in the audit planning process and ensuring timelines are met.
• Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations.
• Develop implements and harmonizes relevant standards, processes, policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of company tax matters.
• Update all relevant parties about new tax laws developments and provide support to all tax queries raised by them.
• Manage & Study all tax problems and work to solve and avoid them in the future.
• Managing and Overseeing all tax accounting and reporting activities in the country.
• Ensuring that internal controls over financial reporting processes are designed and performed effectively and efficiently according to the deferent tax laws.
• Liaising with Tax Authorities and similar in negotiations or dealings in a multitude of complex tax policy matters & tax inspection.
• Manage the tax reconciliations for the returns submitted for all kinds of tax.
• Lead the team to complete audit process on all kinds of companies specially the Industrial, Commercial, Contracting.
• Prepare the file of review and supervise the work team during the audit and explanation of the audit procedures and to see the observations discovered and to inform the audit manager with important observations.
• Contact companies to receive documents according to the deadlines agreed upon by the audit manager.
• Training the team on a daily basis for the new tasks of preparing and processing the audit files.
• Presentation of all financial statements according to accounting standards.
• Review all accounting & Internal Control systems to measure their efficiency and effectiveness in reaching the desired results.
• Reviewing and preparing for all kinds of tax reports & preparation all kinds of tax inspections “Income Tax, Salaries Tax, VAT, and Deduction Tax”.
• Assistance and planning for the development of accounting system and corporate accounting cycle.
• Preparation & presentation of monthly & Quarterly financial reports with all analyses and annexes to it.
• Manage day to day accounting operations.
• Manage and prepare salaries, commissions and gratuity payments and accruals for staff.
