1. Maintain all accounting policies, practices and financial controls in alignment with company’s financial objectives.
2. Prepare daily statements reporting the financial position and results of the company to the management.
3. Control the accounting process, design and effectively track all financial data, plans & company projections.
4. Review and approve payments such as reimbursements, payments on accounts, vouchers and cheques.
5. Supervise and manage a team of accountants and all accounting projects issues.
6. Cost Reporting: Preparing regular reports and financial statements related to costs, budgets, and variances for management review.
7.Cost Analysis: Analyzing the costs of production, including direct materials, labor, and overhead, to understand the cost structure of products or services.

ACCOUNTS, FINANCIAL STATEMENTS.
- ASSIST IN ACCOUNT PAYABLE AND RECEIVABLE
ACTIVITIES.
- CONTROLLING INCOME, CASH FLOW AND
EXPENDITURE AND PREDICTING FUTURE TRENDS.
- ENSURE ACCURATE CALCULATION AND
DISTRIBUTION OF SALARIES AND OTHER BENEFITS
TO EMPLOYEES.
- ARRANGING NEW SOURCES OF FINANCE FOR
COMPANY'S DEBT FACILITIES.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- BANK RECONCIALATION.
- MAINTAIN GENERAL LEDGER.
- PREPARE AND RECORD LIABILITY, REVENUE,
EXPENSES ENTRIES BY COMPILING AND ANALYZING
ACCOUNT INFORMATION.
- MAINTAIN FIXED ASSET REGISTER AND
DEPRECIATION CALCULATION
- COORDINATE YEAR-END AUDIT CYCLE WITH
EXTERNAL AUDITORS ON SCHEDULES AS REQUIRED
BY AUDITORS FOR YEAR-END OR INTERIM AUDITS,
TO ENSURE SMOOTH COMPLETION OF AUDITS.
-PREPARING CHEQUES, DAILY VOUCHERS & CHEQUES. -PREPARING FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND REPORTS.
-COORDINATE YEAR-END AUDIT CYCLE WITH EXTERNAL AUDITORS.
-BANKS RECONCILIATIONS.
-RECEIVABALES & PAYABLES FOLLOW UP.
-Worked as summer trainee for the bank as internship to get graduated from the college.
-Gained good experience in banking and customer service.
