Prepare the monthly reports and following up with all parties to insure schedules
commitment and work quality
Direct contact with the owner to keep him informed with all progresses
Monitoring & Verify the budget and procurements
Testing & Commissioning All MEP systems
Solve all hand over obstacles and find a suitable solution within the budget &
specifications
Handing over firefighting & alarm to the local civil defense
Handing over to Riyadh Municipality
Handing over all systems (MEP, FLS) to 3rd parties following operator specifications and
owner directions
Developing As-Built drawings for all of the projects for each discipline within the
Engineering team
