Summary of Job Assignments:
 Initiate, source, and negotiate the purchase and lease of equipment, vehicles and all related transactions (fuel, insurance, fleet GPS system, maintenance contracts....)
 Managing maintenance and preventive maintenance systems and ensuring proper schedules are implemented and communicated (Building : Generators, Elevators, Forklifts, Fire alarm systems, Access control, Dock levelers) & (Fleet : Mechanical repairs, Cooling units, truck bodies, Branding, Fuel cards)
 Generates daily fuel and oil consumption reports & Monitors the operation of the vehicles’ GPS system and the generators functioning
 Manage and controls company’s safety programs (fire safety), facility maintenance, facility setup, cleanliness, and expansion, and equipment inventory.
 Analyzing maintenance condition and coordinate necessary repair work with other departments.
 Following up with insurance companies for accidents repairs and refunds.
 Prepare annual budget and periodic reports on operations and maintenance costs.

Realized Objectives:
 Resolved maintenance problems and recommended measures to improve conditions and operations of vehicles, machines and equipment.
 Maintained records and tracked work orders, spare parts and maintenance history of equipment and more through computerized system.
 Designed and documented manuals to simplify work for future maintenance departments.
 Supervised maintenance management staff and conducted performance reviews of workers and technicians.
 Ensured and all vehicles legal & official documents validly (Mechanical Inspections, traffic fees, branding permits, transportation permits, compulsory & material insurances, driving licenses)
 Repaired/replaced equipment and following up maintenance to ensure proper functioning of the Company Vehicles, Generators, elevators, alarm systems, cooling units and data loggers.
 Used different techniques and guidelines to ensure a safe environment around plant and premises.
 Ensured all maintenance team and drivers are following prescribed policies and guidelines.
