Duties & Responsibilities:
• Supervising, monitoring and following up different tasks. Including Assets Tracking and Following-up power outages of sites & locations.
• Coordination between teams in order to finish projects and tasks.
• Preparing the required reports with presentations to illustrate projects and KPI's. Escalating Daily, Weekly, Monthly reports to high management. Tracking sites was one of the projects I worked on.
• Auditing and arrangement for paper works including invoices. Such as fuel and maintenance invoices.
• Working on lease contracts for locations.
