Where I was at ASHLEY FURNITURE's central warehouse in Jordan, controlling the performance of all warehouse operation's duties, including managing daily operation exercises of the Warehouse team, Delivery Team and the Furniture-Maintenance Team (17 employees).
As a part of The Sultan Center's Logistics - Jordan Team, I did participated in the entire store-keeping duties at the central warehouse.
I operate and execute various embassies' application procedures, starting from preparing the forms and documents, to booking appointment, and communicate people inquires complains.
Where I performed various IT and Networking duties.
Direct the entire operations (Oracle-based Management Software - ERP), from negotiating the customers' contracts to real-time customer service.
Coordinate the operation of three warehouses.
