• Lead the logistics activities while maintaining strong relationship with key customers.
& internal functions within the company.
• Lead the logistics team into achieving assigned target on a daily, weekly & monthly basis.
• Owns the organizational structure for logistics to the best help talent develop while growing the business
• Managing inventory levels and inventory rotation.
• Liaising with customers, suppliers, and transport providers
• Planning and coordinating all inbound, storage, and outbound activities of the main warehouse as per company policies.
• Motivating, organizing, and training the team
• Ensure targets/KPIs are met and capacity is fully utilized.
• Manage and monitor the scheduling of the loads for the fleet of the company and the fleet of the market with the help of Fleet Coordinator.
• Follow up all orders are made by buyers inside and outside the Kingdom.
• Works with Warehouse (Receiving) Dept. tracking supplier on-time . Delivery performance and provides recommendations for changes as necessary
• Training duties as needed.
• Issuing all the reports related to Procurement to the Purchasing manager.
• Coordination with all departments to specify all periodic procurements.
• Building strong and good relationships with suppliers and set priorities and payment terms with coordination with the Finance department.
• Performing other duties as assigned from Purchasing Manager.
• Execute the Purchases plan approved by the top management.
• Follow-up on the delivery process of items to Warehouses coordinating with Transportation and warehouse Department and the responsible person from requesting department
• Coordinate with Warehouses and transportation departments to secure all the logistics services related to purchasing activities.
• Follow-up and the supervision on all trading agreements with local and over-seas suppliers
Coordinating with the Finance department
• Develop, implement and review purchasing instructions, policies, and procedures.
• Coordination with the Finance department to meet the suppliers and the company's departments demands
• Works with Sales and Manufacturing to generate a production schedule to meet customer orders for on-time delivery.
• Ensure that the purchase orders and related documents for centralized purchases are completed accurately and in compliance with company processes, procedures and requirements
• Coordination and follow-up with warehouse and customs clearance till receiving the shipments on time.
• Acting for procurement department manager
• Development of Specific proposals and plans to new and existing clients.
• Performs related work as required.
• Contributes to the total effectiveness of the department, communicating openly, solving problems.
• Assist and manage the day to day sales and marketing activities under the Marketing Director.
• Meeting regular sales targets.
• Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
• Work closely with marketing team to ensure messaging is consistent with overall marketing and communication objectives.
