I supervised the Property Management at Les Maisons Blanches Compound - Lusail City, a Luxurious Residential Real Estate on a plot of 115, 000 sqm that consists of 114 Villas and 20 Buildings (320 Units)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee the day-to-day operational rising issues in conjunction with the Operations Manager and ensuring the workflow process is maintained and adhered to.
• Supervise the Soft Services (Administration, Receptions, Security, Housekeeping) in the compound, ensure daily operations plan is effective and followed, and all the related staff are deployed efficiently in their respective areas
• Supervise Property Management functions, including tenant relations, facilities security - maintenance - cleaning, and oversight of contracted services.
• Delegating tasks and then monitoring staff performance


• In charge of the contract management of hard and soft services and ensure the highest possible standards and service is received from third party vendors
• Assess and provide necessary permission & permits to Vendors and Contractors
• Supervise the FM Service Provider, ensure efficient operation and delivery of soft services consisting of cleaning, security, safety, traffic, car parking management, housekeeping, pest control, waste management.
• Carry out the necessary staff planning and guide a competent team, set goals, and evaluate performance in accordance with corporate personnel policies.
• Problem Solving and prioritize multiple issues related to space allocations, Maintenance, facilities upgrades and General Administration Services, arrange practical solutions and repairs needed
• Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
• Supervise routine periodic Fire Safety checks and assist in conducting periodic Fire Evacuation drill to all tenants
