• Responsible for designing, installing, maintaining and supporting LAN, WAN and Wireless infrastructures according to best practices, including routers, aggregators, switches and wireless controllers.

• Maintains hardware and software standards, and works projects as needed in order to upgrade to new and/or improved communication equipment and procedures.

Uses repeatable practices to ensure data availability, integrity and security, recovering corrupted data and eliminate data redundancy and leverages database tools to improve database performance and efficiency, Provide support for the local area network architecture and administration using my expertise in network security management, administration & firewall configuration & administration, troubleshooting connectivity issues, network architecture and infrastructure, developing network backup and recovery procedures, monitor network capacity and throughput, oversee the analysis of network traffic and conduct performance tuning, configuration and optimization of network management servers, routers, and switches, diagnosis and resolution of network problems, testing, installation, and upgrading of network .
Acting as a technical generalist in a variety of disciplines including but not limited to equipment, civil, structural, piping, electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical, acting as the overall coordinator for all internal and external engineering on projects as required, responsible for the successful integration of the piping, equipment, civil/structural, instrument, and electrical design activities.
Day-to-day operations including the ground up design and implementation of the Lab infrastructure and network, write, and implement lab operation policies and standards, while ensuring adherence to corporate security and IT procedures and policies, Also Perform the tasks necessary to sustain a fast paced computer lab environment, such as pulling and sorting unused cables, regular inventory sweeps, installation and de-installation of network equipment- routers, PCs, switches, etc. also respond to helpdesk like requests to solve various difficulties encountered throughout the day.
Providing for end-users and support to over 700 users based in 5 cities. Providing expedient error corrections and solutions whilst working on projects in a variety of support and development roles.
