Establish and perform inventory control activities to ensure that stock of equipment, spare parts and general materials is kept at an optimal operational level and ensure timely replenishment, correct reservation, economic requisitioning and physical check of stock items.
• Apply appropriate policies, standards, parameters and methods to ensure the provision of efficient and cost-effective inventory control function. Includes establishing value-classification of materials following ABC materials classification system, developing stock parameters such as reorder levels, lead times, etc., anticipating future material requirements based on current and historical consumption pattern, etc.
• Monitor continuously the levels, movements and balances of stock items to ensure that they are maintained at serviceable levels and ensure timely stock replenishment and the reservation of required material for major shutdown/modification works and Liaising with purchasing department to ensure timely delivery of ordered materials and keeps users informed of latest status.
• Calculate and review the required quantities for establishing long term price agreement, then generate and review agreements PR’s, and initiate revisions to stock levels where necessary.
• Be sure all the spare part use in the right position.
• Implement preventive maintenance plane for all related equipment's.
• Be sure the first level inspection check list during operation and stoppage for all related equipment.
• Create job plane.
• All work order are systematically closed and record.
• Improve the safety device for rotating equipment.
•replace the wear parts in all equipment before failure and breakdown occurred.
• following up the failure and send failure reports.
• ensure all safety sign available in the working site.
