• Developed and implemented an onboarding process for all levels to ensure a seamless transition for new hires, including benefits enrollment, training programs, and 90-day review milestones
• Launched the 360 performance management, talent management, succession planning, and followed up on talent development & mobility, including effective promotion management, cross-training, etc.
• Applied compliance, functional and best practices audit for the organization to be 100% legit
• Developed/updated the job descriptions periodically aligned with the corporate organizational chart
• Planned and applied the annual budget and projection, followed up closely on personnel costs, and ensured the headcount was tracked and in line with the business forecast resulting in 30% of savings
