Bashteel left station Sewage Project Total construction cost is (70 million L.E
200000 m3/day m3 /day, consists of 4 KSB Pumps discharge 1400 L/sec with delivery head of 56m, pipes cost iron, non return valves gates and butterfly valves anti hummer system.
- 4 nos. of ITSA 5000 Roher (V) Pumps - 6 m/head, 20L/s discharge
-4 nos. of IBSHWAI 10000 KSB (V) Pumps - 14mhead, 100L/s discharge
-3 nos. of ELAGAMEN 4000 Homa (sub.) Pumps- 18m head, 30L/s discharge
-4 nos. of KASR RASHWAN 8000 Flow Serve (V)Pumps - 24m head, 50L/s discharge .
1- Responsible on installation, erection, operation & maintenance of all equipment used in the above mentioned projects.*
2-Technical office works of estimation, preparing technical & financial prequalification several bids study and revision for Contractor.*
3-Mechanical submittals, site inspection and supervision for all erection works in the project & coordinating with the owner contacting the project’s Sub- contractors.*
4-Responsible with the main transmission discharge water pipe line works including excavation, trenches side support, bedding, pipe laying, hydraulic test and backfilling.*
5-Dewatering pumps, overhead cranes, workshop equipment, fans and steel structure.*
6-All pipes work, fitting, valves, gates, flow level meter.
Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of UPVC drainage pipes with diameters ranging from 90mm to 250mm with all fitting and installation of house connections and gully trap

1-Design and installation networks (sewage & water). 2-Construct an Irrigation mains & distribution network with diameters ranging from 50to250 mm & approximate length of 3 km to feed all land scape.
3-Installation for firefighting system &distribution networks.
4-Installation for air conditioning system (chiller, ducts& A.U.H).
5- Construct for underground tank(1000m3)with all pipes and fittings.
6- Revision of all shop drawing and coordinate between(civil, electrical & mechanical) department.
7-Design &shop drawing for all swimming pools and artificial pond and installation.
8-Design and installation (mechanical room &Lift station &booster pump)
1-Materials and equipment inspection according to the recommended specifications.
2-Supervision of all mechanical equipment installation, provisional tests, trials and operation.
3- Reviews and approves Contractor’s submittals.
4- Review and approve shop drawings .
5-Technical support for the execution site.

CO. for Edible oil refinery -Miser for Petroleum products.
Makes work shop drawing for the equipment of water treatment.* Supervises and assists on solving manufacture problems
The project consists of a building with 420 rooms, 18 nos. of villa, 2 nos. of main swimming pools and 2 nos. of artificial pond.
