Project: V-LEVELS consists of 839 residential units containing stand-alone villas, twin houses, town houses, v-apartments and commercial complex on area 60 acres . Managing the execution of soil works, infrastructure (water, sewage and electric networks - water tank), landscape (irrigation, hard scape & soft scape & lakes), Keystone walls, construction, finishing and all related works.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage worksites for new-construction as well as remodeling projects, coordinating activities and ensuring that all work is in sync with project goals and objectives.
Provide direction to general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors when doing groundwork to ensure that quality standards are being met.
Review daily, weekly and monthly reports and other relevant reports pertaining to operations, equipment, policies, procedures, HSE, and/or other issues, as appropriate, as presented by the design/supervision consultant(s) and contractor and present to the Project Manager comments of non-compliance, and/or area of concern and corrective actions.
Advice the project manager on any potential variation to the design/supervision consultant and contractors scope of work that may generate cost or time impact and present the Project Managements assessment.
Contracts administration and provide direction to general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors when doing groundwork to ensure that the contractual obligations and quality standards are being met.
Collaborates with clients, supervisory staff, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve problems, including work procedures, complaints, and construction or design issues.

Project: West Valley JOULZ (Phase 02) consists of 224 residential units containing stand-alone villas, twin houses, town houses and an array of apartments. Managing the execution of soil works, infrastructure (water, sewage and electric networks - water tank), landscape (hard scape & soft scape), construction, finishing and all related works.

Project: Maan for slums development consists of 27 buildings contains 648 residential units. Responsible for the execution of soil works, infrastructure (water, sewage and electric networks), landscape (hard scape & soft scape), construction and finishing works .

Project: Emergency forces camp fortifications consists of administrative and residential units. Responsible for all works (construction, finishing and all related technical office works).

Project: The commercial market building, the nursery building and the triple playground. Responsible for (construction, finishing and all related technical office works).

Project: Officers housing 208 buildings Hikestep.

Project: The social housing 3 buildings contains 72 residential units. Responsible for construction and finishing works.
