•Assist the Project Manager in managing all aspects of the construction project including the financial administration, cost reporting and field activities.
•Insures that the work is being built to the most up to date drawings, specs, addendum, standards...
•Demonstrates, communicates, and reinforces company Safety and Quality Control policies and procedures.
•Manages the ordering of materials needed to successfully execute the project
•Verifies accurate payment of subcontractors and material suppliers
•Assembles construction financial data and monitors costs.
•In conjunction with the Project Manager & Superintendent, participates in developing, maintaining and revising the project schedule.
•Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and workforce to resolve project challenges and conflicts
•Assist with monthly billing.
•Manage document control to include submittal schedules, project record drawings, concrete record, steel record etc.
•Comply with notice requirements such as inspections, survey staking, joint measurements with owner and/or engineer, utility locations and adjustments, testing, claims, etc.
•Perform additional assignment’s per the Project Manager’s direction

• On schedule delivery of civil works as per shop drawings (Infrastructure, roads, Concrete, Masonry, Plaster, Tiles, Painting,
Gypsum boards, Pavements )
• Day to day management and engineering and technical support to 5 civil work groups composed of 100 employees
• Dealing and communicating with material suppliers
• Liaising with subcontractors and other professional staff
• Ensuring site safety
• Working on shop drawings and estimation calculation
