Following and supervising building contracts, verifying progress of all activities, payments, and building technical reports
Management and follow-up of contracts signed between the Western Region Municipality, consultants and contractors.
Oversee the implementation of the projects according to the approved plans and ensure their timely implementation.
Follow-up project delivery rates
Review payments and make sure they conform to the percentage of completion
Risks of Municipality buildings and sector assessment.
Maintenance of 120 villas (LCH)
Coordinate work with other disciplines such as Civil and MEP engineers.
Handle routine contract administration.
Attend and participate in Client and Sites meetings.
Follow up Contractor's work is in compliance with the project documents and contracts.
Chair Consultant/Contractor periodic site meetings.
Draft documents or templates necessary for the proper execution and follow up work.
Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports.
Review daily report.
Measure executed and remaining work and report for non-compliance.
Prepare site instruction and non-conformance report.
Reply to contractor’s RFI & RFC.
Follow up & liaison with area services sector, Western Region Municipality staff and engineers for scope of works, quality, work order, issues, problems, HSE and other.
Prepare scope of work, cost estimation, and follow issuing work orders.

Construction of 3 pocket gardens :
Ensuring that assigned work is completed on time

Submitting office papers for projects from Abu Dhabi Municipality through all of its required stages until final approval of the project.
