Recruit, develop and coach a team of sales manager and sales people that will work under the leadership of the agency

Works closely with all relevant Media departments to integrate media mix plans.

Prepare relevant report and attend meetings periodically, to review the sales performance and discuss other operational/staff related issues.

Well versed in solving day to day problems and needs of the customers and their demands
Generate sales report, stocks update and price tags
Keeping control of showroom stock by preparing yearly inventory.
Analyze daily sales, expense information, and take appropriate action to maximize sales and net profits.
Responsible for keeping track of the expenses associated with production.
Evaluate and develop specific action plans to address the needs of the Hotel in order to reach the desired objectives.
