● General and technical supervision of civil work at site.
● Planning and scheduling daily and weekly activities.
● Coordinating with client & subcontractor to complete civil work and close snag points.
● Sending RFQs, collecting quotations from vendors and contractors, and conducting meetings for rate
negotiation., and preparing comparison statements.
● Preparing bill of quantity.
● Reviewing plans and shop drawings.
● Preparing submittals, and submitting them for client approval, and following up for any comments.
● Certifying subcontractor invoices.
● Following up with the design team, and providing suggestions to improve the design as per the site
condition.
● Preparing and raising of RFIs and MIRs for client inspection.
● Scheduling work and coordinating with vendors and contractors such as: third party Lab, waterproofing
agency, concrete batching plant.
● Reporting safety related issues like unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, providing safety suggestions, and
closing any safety related comments.
Operation and Maintenance Inspector

1/ Conducting monthly planed preventative maintenance inspection
2/ Overseeing maintenance projects
3/ Raising inspection reports, improvement notices and non-conformity reports
