Purchasing Officer, organizing and coordinating orders and dealing with
suppliers
The work tasks assigned to me in the Purchasing and Warehousing Management Group of the four hotels
(Fairmont, Raffles, Swiss Maqam, Swiss Makkah) Al Haram Clock Tower affiliated to Accor Company, which are
as follows:
Supervisor of employee matters, including attendance and departure, with the Human Resources
Department.
Secretary of the Executive Director of the Purchasing Department Group.
Responsible for all kinds of food and meat requests for the group.
Responsible for orders for posters, stamps and library supplies for the group.
Responsible for orders for computers and printing supplies with the technology and information
department in the group.
Monitor purchase orders and continue to convert them into purchase orders. Execution of purchasing support purchases according to approved purchase orders according to approved specifications and according to the supply schedule. Supervising procurement representatives to request quotations according to the specifications and quantities, and executing the negotiation and purchasing processes in an effective manner in terms of price, quality, delivery dates, payment terms, service and implementation in some cases. Direct supervision of the performance, development, assistance and cooperation of procurement agents in some purchasing roles. Monitoring the procurement representatives in following up the supply with the suppliers and taking the appropriate action in case of changing the supply schedules, monitoring the entry of the materials received, following the closing of the open purchase orders and solving the problems associated with the other departments. Monitoring procurement representatives to carry out the required tasks on time to achieve procurement objectives.
تقدمت للتدريب في الغرفة التجارية من قبل الكلية التقنية مدة ثلاثة اشهر ونصف وعملت في قسم الجان كسكرتير مدير الجان تعلمت كتابت الخطابات وحضور الاجتماعات وتنسيق الملفات وارسال الفاكسات كما عملت في مكتب مفتوح فيه عدد موظفين واكتسبت الخبرة
I applied for training in the Chamber of Commerce by the Technical College for three and a half months and worked in the Department of Elves as secretary of the director of the elves learned to write letters, attend meetings, coordinate files and send faxes also worked in an open office where the number of employees and gained experience
