1- Conformity and project coordination between all parties and review the construction, architectural and all mechanical and electrical drawings.
2- Generate the required shop drawings of the I.F.C drawings.
3- Prepare material submittal in conjunction with material to be and approved by the consultant.
4- Communicate with consultant team to propose solution relevant to the engineering issues and taking the approval on it.
5- Prepare project IPA's as per site progress.
6- Daily site visit to insure quality control optimization at field works.
7- Prepare manpower plan for project according to the time line.
Construction supervision for the following:
* Alhendawya hotel ''Mecca" * Private villas ''Jeddah". * New head office ''Jeddah''.
* Private villas "Cairo".
* Commercial buildings "Ryiadh".
* Maintenance projects for Baghlaf Warehouses ''Jeddah & Dammam ".
- Reviewing design concepts & IFC drawings accordingly.
- Reviewing construction & maintenance contracts.
- Following up the maintenance works of Baghlaf Buildings ''Dubai, Sharja,
Dammam, Ryiadh, Mecca, Madinah & Jeddah''.
