The heavy equipment facility is ISO 9001, ISO 14001& ISO 45001 certified and holds ASME U, U2, S as well as National board R stamp. Current role includes:
•Overall responsibility of leading & managing the business line from order booking to collection (viz. Sales, Estimation, Engineering, Project management, Production, delivery & invoicing). Leading & guiding the team of 300+ with a vision to achieve business objectives, overall growth, lean manufacturing, value creation, smooth functioning, increased effectiveness, and enhanced teamwork. Responsible for Order intake, Revenues and P&L for the business line ensuring timely delivery & quality of the products & services.
•Contributing to routine & strategic decisions for the business including those related to Sales, Procurement, Project management & Shop operations.

ABS is worlds renowned classification, inspection & certification agency as well as an ASME accredited Authorized Inspection Agency. In KSA, ABS provide consultancy for ISO & ASME accreditations, ASME AIA services, TPI services, RBI etc. My responsibilities included:
•Consultancy to new and existing Code shops for ASME audits.
•Code inspections, QC system monitoring and audits in assigned ASME accredited companies.
•Certification of data reports and authorizing Code stamping (U, U2, S, A PP etc.) of equipment
•R-Certifications for the Repairs and Alterations performed by the Companies.
•Third party inspection and certification.
•Imparting Code knowledge & technical consultancy. Supporting business development activities.

Olayan Descon is a reputed heavy fabrication, construction and maintenance Company catering to the needs of a wide variety of industries in the Gulf region. It is ISO 9001 accredited shop and possess various ASME Code stamps. I led the team of QA/QC engineers and inspectors and discharged following duties:
•Managed all quality aspects of the projects viz. quality planning, implementation & controls
•QA activities, ISO system development, implementation, review and update
•Quality audits planning and performance.
•Executed Company NDT-Level III (ASNT) functions. Trained and certified NDT Level-II personnel.
•Inspection of equipment viz. variety of vessels, exchangers, boilers, tanks, piping etc. from raw material to finished goods stage.

I started my career from this organization & completed various assignments during my tenure, some of which are:

•Handled projects viz. steel plant equipment like conveyor chains, rollers, shearing blades, blast furnace items, API certified surface sucker rod pumping units for crude oil extraction etc.
