• Responsible to drive the sales to exceed the given annual target on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Increase customer retention, discover new clients and develop strong business relationships.
• Seek out and target new clients and new sales opportunities, initiate action plans to approach and secure new business for the division.
• Proactively manage customer requirements for on-time delivery taking into account lead-times, product specification changes and customer demand.
• Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with key contacts
• Identify short-term and long- range issues that must be addressed, providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations, recommending options and courses of action implementing directives.
• Assist in preparing quotations, analyzing costs and sales, follow-up and maintaining client's records.
• Arrange and conduct customer visits. Provide pre-sales presentation and technical demonstration
• Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events. Assisting Marketing Department with any Marketing Survey data requirements.
• Responsible for sales invoicing and accounts receivable activities.
• Reporting daily issues and challenges to the Branch Manager for action and resolution.
• Reporting commercial feedback from the market to the commercial directors including pricing issues, delivery issues, competitors market analysis, and pricing, trends within the market, warranty claims and customer preferred offerings.
Directing and coordinating activities to promote sales, support of
products and solutions in the assigned area of responsibility.
Using value-added selling approach based on prospect knowledge
and their preferences.
Protecting and growing existing installed base and develop key
accounts and target competitive accounts for market share gain.
Designing and implementing sales plans and reassessing the tactics
in case of changes in business environment.
Providing monthly, quarterly and annual result assessments of area
productivity.
Review the company's commercial policies to be able to negotiate
the terms and conditions with the client.
Recommending various improved technology or products to
customers by showing how these changes and improvements would
lower costs and improve productivity.
Being aware of market development on both customers and
products via participation of market intelligence exercise,
promotions, fairs, exhibits and seminars.
Increased territory client base by 50% by being actively involved in
marketing and sales promotions.
Hit and exceeded sales KPIs by 30% for the "slow-moving months of
KSA" of May, June, and July in 2018.
Secured the first and largest sale of Caterpillar DP100NM units for
MENA region in 2018.
Achieved and exceeded the annual sales value by 15% in 2019

Chosen as the Technical-Sales Lead for all major bidding projects for
