• Gained hands-on exposure to major welding processes (MIG, TIG, SMAW, and others) during
inspection training, building the process knowledge needed to assess weld quality.
• Performed all major NDT techniques (RT, PT, MT, ET, UT) hands-on, identified weld defects, and
prepared inspection reports following each test, under senior inspector supervision.

• Performed and observed SMAW, GMAW, TIG, and FCAW welding processes, evaluating parameters for
conformance against WPS/PQR requirements — core to QA/QC sign-off on structural and piping welds.
• Conducted QA/QC audits on welded specimens and contributed to inspection reports and failure
investigation logs, building direct familiarity with the paper trail auditors expect on EPC projects.
