Key Responsibilities
• As a part of Audit and Compliance Team managed the planning, creation and implementation of 100+ Standard Companywide Policies and Procedure Documentation (for Dept. like - IT, Business Development, CEO Office, Contracts, Cost Control, Estimating and Pricing, FAR-CAS (Federal Acquisition Regulation - Cost Accounting Standard) Governance, Finance, General Counsel, HR, Operations, Procurement, Project Controls, Property Management, Subcontracts, Training, etc.)
• Responsible for the internal and external Audit including DCAA (Defense Control Audit Agency) and ISO 270001 surveillance audits. Prepared for COBIT (Control Objective for Information and Related Technology), CPSR (Contractor Purchasing System Review), DIACAP (Defense Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process) and ISO25999 certification. Define and implemented SLAs between various departments.
• Active Participation in Military SDDC (Surface Deployment and Distribution Command) briefs and DRMS (Defense Reutilization and Marketing Service) Projects in different DRMO sites.
• Project Management for the End to End (E2E) Supply Chain Management Solutions \[which includes Order Management Systems (OMS), Procurement & Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), In-Transit Visibility (ITV), and Transportation & Driver Management Solution (TDMS) \]. Also as a functional consultant, manage and delivered Business applications like Household Goods and Cargo System, Customer World Portal, Quality System Solution, Contracts Management System (for US Government and DoD Contracts), Analytics and Business Intelligence. Defined the IT Roadmap for the Business.
