ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Managing medical warehouse related to Surgical and Lab items and taking care of activities like co-ordination with customers, product monitoring, inventory control, training and controlling staff down the line.
•Capacity planning, resourcing and productivity analysis for the team on a weekly basis.
•Preparation of MIS reports to the management on a monthly basis.
•Conducting knowledge share, and training and development sessions on a regular basis for all members of the team.
•Controlling and clearance of expired items with regard to the shelf life of the product.
•Alerting the requirement to move out damage stocks to respective channel Heads & Management to avoid further loss or pilferage.
•Preparations and conducting SOP.
Job Profile
•To send quotes to customers as per their requirements.
•To purchase materials for stock and projects.
•Handling customers for cash sales.
•Raising of cash and credit invoice for sales.
Key Responsibility Area:
•Performing sales activities - Counter Sales.
•Responsible for purchase of materials in cash and credit.
•Ensuring minimum inventory levels for fast moving materials.
•Manufacturing materials as per sample provided by client/meeting client requirements.
•Market research for new products and coordinating with suppliers for providing details and sample for the same and informing clients for updation of the products.
Basic knowledge of Tally (ACCOUNTIG PACKAGE) AND PRO FINANCIAL AND FOXPRO. •Well Versed with Computers and can work on any computer applications
