Completed Internship as a Plant Trainee in Production Department on project work “Improvement of Productivity Through Implementation of SPC Tools” at VISTA PROCESSED FOOD PVT.LTD for period of 2 Months (02nd MAY 2023 to 30th JUNE 2023) .
• Process Monitoring variations or abnormalities in a process to ensure it remains within specified control limits.
• Quality Improvement through Identifying and addressing sources of variation to improve the overall quality of a product or service.
• Preventing Defects by early detection of deviations from the norm helps in preventing defects and ensuring consistency in output.
• Reducing Waste and Costs by maintaining consistent and controlled processes, organizations can reduce waste and associated costs.
• Got to learn about GST Bills updating, Invoices are made, Banking work, Purchase and Sales Voucher.
• Responsible for managing every aspect of the employment process, including orientation and also assist with payroll management, so employees and labor receives their paychecks on time.
Right now pursuing my Master in Management Studies will be finished till the end of June 2024 .
