1.Monitoring of financial Transactions of multiple banks including banks of GCC, network links and web services, and report any IT issue happened to designated department and provide support in troubleshooting the issue.

Handling Tasks related to BASE 24 classic / EPS which includes execution of BASE24 commands like warmboot of process, stop/start network links, handling audit logs, assistance in troubleshooting related to BASE24, monitoring of BASE24 messages in accordance with ISO protocals of financial transaction flows in a switch.
8. Updating of currency exchange rates on BASE24 classic and EPS on daily basis.
