Responsible to manage equipment Sales for entire Dunham-Bush portfolio (Air cooled & Water-cooled CHILLERS, AHU’s, FCU’s, Controls, VRF and Packaged AC’s)
•Energy performance assessment/ HVAC Retrofit jobs. (Chillers /Package ACs/ VRF)
•Sales of Annual Maintenance Contract/ PSAs/ Repair jobs for chillers and large tonnage sites.
•Spare parts Sales for LG/ Dunham-Bush or 3rd party products.
•To generate business from NEW PROJECTS in the UAE for DB chillers and local airside products.
✓Develop and lead the team of sales and application engineers.
✓ Development of Sales strategy to sell Dunham-Bush & LG product range in UAE.
✓ Presenting product portfolio to key customers. (Clients, MEP Consultants, MEP contractors, Oil & Gas, Military & Industrial sectors)
✓ Forecasting sales numbers for the leadership team.
✓ Reviewing PSA/LPO legal & commercial terms & conditions and coordinating with leadership team.
Senior Sales Engineer - Aftermarket /Retrofit
at Johnson Controls Inc. - Bahrain Branch.
Sales of York chillers, AHU’s and FCU’s for “Retrofit jobs”, which includes replacement of old chillers/AC units.
The above job involves selection of chillers and other equipment using York’s chiller selection software.
Interaction with Sub-Contractors for site surveys, cost estimations and to carry out the installations.
Giving product presentation to customers.
Negotiation, reviewing of commercial T&C’s and Closing of deal.
Sales of Annual Maintenance Contracts.
Sales of repair jobs for all types of York Chillers.
Sales of York Air-conditioning Spare Parts.
Replacement of Evapco cooling towers and spare parts.
Generate business for the service division of the company by selling traditional maintenance services.
Generating business by selling chillers on rent for a short period of time.
Preparing quotations, presentations, following up and closing the deal. The above two points in detail:
Promoting the benefits of energy saving that the customer will realize with a solution based turnkey project. Identify suitable target sites.
Conduct discovery meetings to clearly establish customer needs.
Replacement of chillers.
Rental of Chillers.
Sales of Annual Maintenance Contracts.
-Sales of Tube cleaning and Eddy Current testing.
Sales of repair jobs for all types of Trane Chillers.
- Centrifugal Ref & Control retrofit.
- Compressor overhauling & condenser coil replacements
-Selling traditional services of Trane such as “Adiabatic
cooling kits, Oil Analysis, Vibration Analysis and
Thermography.
Sales of Trane Air-conditioning Spare Parts.
- Screw Compressors
- Scroll Compressors
Replacement of all cooling towers spare parts.
Targeting owners of medium to large buildings where older air-conditioning systems are in operation and then work with the respective senior management teams to significantly upgrade or replace these systems with modern, energy efficient versions.
Sr. Sales Engineer - Air-conditioner service sales: (Packaged Airconditioners, VRF’s & Chiller’s)
• Direct Sales of Small tonnage Chillers (Scroll and Screw) up to 200 TR’s.
· Providing Air-conditioner services/ Annual maintenance contracts to existing clients and
for those who’s warranty is nearing expiry.
· Managing dealers/ associates /channel partners and also getting the service sales done
by them.
· Enquiry generation of new customers, follow up and interaction with existing clients.
· Maintaining active contacts with clients.
· Making sure service issues are attended to and resolved by the respective dealer.
· Follow up & closing of the deal individually or sometimes along with dealers.
· Booking, billing & collection as per commercial norms.
· Providing continuous market feedback on competition & technology.
Engineer - Air-conditioner sales: (Individual splits, Daikin VRV, packaged Airconditioning
projects & Chiller projects)
· Selling, tendering, cost estimation of Air-conditioning projects( All types of Airconditioners)
· Enquiry generation, follow up and interaction with clients.
· Maintaining active contacts with clients, consultants, architects & interior decorators.
· Tender preparation, costing and bidding.
· Analyzing the customer requirements and proposing the solutions.
· Preparing the quotations.
· Follow up & closing of the deal.
· Booking, billing & collection as per commercial norms.
· Providing continuous market feedback on competition & technology.
1st class Degree in Mechanical Engineering with distinction.
