• Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently.
• Coordinate with therapists and staff to ensure smooth scheduling and execution of
sessions.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.

I assist in the organization of workshops held in the summer camp. It is valuable to learn how to
interact with people of determination and it feels great to make them enjoy their time and be
happy.
